About Us
Our Mission
Service members who have served in the military deserve more than just our thanks – they deserve a nationwide outpouring of support and action to ensure their needs are being met in times of hardship. That is why we believe at Pacific Northwest Veterans Alliance that every Veteran should have an opportunity to receive support, resources, or assistance in a temporary time of crisis or need.
Our mission is to provide opportunities and support for Veterans and their families in times of crisis or need. We aspire to provide hope, healing, and financial assistance, when possible, for those affected by PTSD and to aid in the epidemic of Veteran suicide.
We value inclusivity and diversity, recognizing that our strength lies in the collective experiences and perspectives of all veterans. We are committed to creating a safe and welcoming space for all veterans, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, or religion.

Testimonials
“Like many Veterans, I found myself on hard times after losing my job during the pandemic. Losing my
job also meant losing my house. The shock of going from doing well financially to losing everything and
ultimately becoming homeless, was a lot to take on alone. I started my search for employment and
housing and ran into many roadblocks. My laptop was broken and I did not have a printer. Jobs today
are applied for online and the many interviews I had were all done remotely. I did not have the funds to
purchase a new laptop and printer, yet they were a necessity to finding a job and housing. After
exhausting all my options with no resolution to my problem, I was referred to Pacific Northwest
Veterans Alliance. I reached out to Sue and was immediately met with understanding and compassion,
no judgement for where I ended up. Pacific Northwest Veterans Alliance came to my recuse and met me
at Walmart to purchase a new laptop and printer. This enabled me to do what I needed to do to change
my situation. Thanks to the access to a laptop they provided, I was able to obtain a position with the
state of Oregon. I am back on track again with the help of PNVA! This organization really knows how to
take care of Veterans!!”
